Start 20-week training plan
Hyrox Oslo is September 25. Register in April and you have ~22 weeks. The 20-week plan fits perfectly. Week 1: Assess your baseline — run a 5 km and record time.
June–August 2026
Station-specific training
Add ski erg, sled, and wall balls to training. Æra Training (Tollbugata 4) for sled track. SATS for ski erg and rowing. CrossFit box for full equipment.
August 2026
Full Hyrox simulation
Complete at least one full simulation: 8 × (1 km run + station). Æra Training offers coached simulation sessions. This is your dress rehearsal — note weak stations.
Sep 14–21, 2026
Taper week
Reduce training volume to 50–60%. Maintain intensity. Prioritise sleep. Prepare race day kit (gloves, running shoes, QR code from HYROX app).
