At SATS the sauna is a per-club facility, not something every club has. sats.no/badstu lists a sauna at 36 clubs in Norway: 15 in Oslo municipality and 21 across the rest of the country, from Tromsø in the north to Kristiansand in the south. No SATS club in Norway has a pool. Prices are set per club; in Oslo, Basic is 839 NOK/month, Flexible 849 NOK/month and Premium 999 NOK/month, with a 12-month contract after the free period.

SATS Danmarksplass in Bergen is not on the list, and the club's own page lists no sauna either, so two SATS pages agree. In Trondheim SATS runs no clubs at all (the sats.no club index, read 2026-07-30); 3T is the chain there. If your club is not in the lists above, SATS does not list a sauna there.

* Evo Fitness, Fitness24Seven and Fresh Fitness have no sauna at any club. Of the four large commercial chains, SATS is the only one with a sauna, and only at select clubs. Smaller operators have them too: Sporty Bergen Paradis and Åsane both list a sauna, and SiO Athletica Domus in Oslo has both a sauna and a 25m pool. Municipal option: Tøyenbadet, 175 NOK per visit with the sauna included.

You have to pick a club that is actually on the list: 15 of them are inside Oslo municipality and 21 across the rest of the country. If you want a sauna and a swim without a contract, Tøyenbadet is 175 NOK per visit. SATS lists a sauna at 5 of its Bergen clubs: SATS Kokstad, SATS Bergen LHG, SATS Nesttun, SATS Åsane, SATS Vestkanten. SATS Danmarksplass is not on that list, and the Danmarksplass club page lists no sauna either. We published this wrongly ourselves until 2026-10-07. A sauna is not included at every SATS club in Bergen.

If you want a pool and a sauna in the same building in Oslo, municipal pools such as Tøyenbadet (175 NOK per visit, sauna included) are the real option.

If you want a sauna at the gym you need one of the SATS clubs that has one. Fresh Fitness and Fitness24Seven have no sauna either.
The maths is simple: SATS Basic in Oslo is 839 NOK/month on a 12-month contract after the free period, against 349 NOK/month at Fresh Fitness Basic and Fitness24Seven, neither of which has a sauna. You pay roughly 490 NOK more per month, and the sauna is the main thing you get for it. If you train twice a week and never use the sauna, that gap is hard to justify. If you only want a sauna and a swim, Tøyenbadet is 175 NOK per visit with no contract.
The sauna is members only and included in the membership, so you pay nothing extra for it and you can go straight to the sauna without training first. SATS sells no sauna-only day pass. If you need a sauna without a membership, Oslo's municipal baths and public sauna operators are what you are looking for.
