Fresh Fitness has three tiers: Basic 349 NOK/month for access to one centre, Flex 399 NOK/month for all centres, and Smart 549 NOK/month for all centres where you can also bring a friend up to 30 times a month. Does Fresh Fitness Storo have a sauna?
No. Fresh Fitness has no sauna at any centre in Norway, and Storo is no exception. The centre has no pool either. If you want a sauna in the same area, SATS Storo has one, but SATS in Oslo costs 839 NOK/month Basic, 849 NOK Flexible and 999 NOK Premium on a 12-month contract. Neither Evo nor Fitness24Seven has a sauna.

Fresh Fitness Storo is open 05:00 to 24:00 every day, all year. The centre is not open 24 hours, and there is no access between midnight and 05:00. What equipment does Fresh Fitness Storo have?
The centre runs to roughly 2,000 square metres over two floors, with a free weights area, strength machines, a cardio zone with treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, stair climbers and ellipticals, plus a suspension training cage and a dedicated stretching area. There are changing rooms with showers, street parking outside, and personal training can be bought separately. Storo is not listed with a group class schedule.
