Station 8: Wall Balls
Athletes are most exhausted here — you see the real struggle. The atmosphere is loudest at this station. Wall Balls is the most visually dramatic station.
Finish line
The best emotional moment — see athletes cross the finish line, collect their medal, and celebrate. Position yourself here for the final 30 minutes of your athlete's start wave.
Station 1: SkiErg
You see athletes fresh and in the zone. Good for cheering them off and checking their pacing. Located near the entrance from the warm-up area.
Running loop (km 4–5)
The midpoint where you can see if your athlete is on track. Good spot to hand off a gel or water (check event rules on equipment assistance).
Station 4: Burpee Broad Jump
Entertaining to watch — athletes bounding forward 80 meters. Quieter atmosphere than stations 7–8 but gives good positioning mid-race.
